4. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Advance payments are non-refundable for change of mind, incorrect customer-provided information, or failure to accept delivery.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
5. Customized Orders
Customized or personalized gift boxes, baskets, bouquets, and other specially prepared orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once confirmed.

We make every effort to display products accurately. Because handmade arrangements and gift boxes may be prepared individually, the final product may have minor differences in arrangement, packaging, or availability while maintaining the overall style and value of the order.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of courier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Additional delivery charges may apply for reshipping caused by incorrect customer information or an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
